Locust Grove | Outdoor Engagement Photography | Laura and Alden

The rolling hills of Locust Grove near Louisville, Kentucky make for a beautiful outdoor backdrop for engagement photography. The historic landscape houses the home of William and Lucy Clark Croghan and later her brother, George Rogers Clark. Numerous people that shaped early America contributed to the stories and history of Locust Grove. Laura and Alden decided to tell part of their story here as well. Sometimes the simplest of settings make for the best photos—their joy and connection are enough to light up the camera! Genuine laughter and relaxed playfulness made this couple so much fun to capture. These grounds hold so much of the past and I’m excited to see what lies ahead for these soon-to-be newlyweds!
